This recipe was created over 10 years ago!! We had a potluck at work and two of my coworkers shared their spinach and artichoke dip recipe with me. I liked both of them so much and thought to myself why not just combine them. So I combined the two recipes and my family and friends have been requesting this tasty dip ever since.
Ingredients:
1 packet of ranch dressing and seasoning mix (secret ingredient)
2 packages of frozen spinach (thawed out)
1 can of quartered artichokes (roughly chopped)
1 (16 oz) tub of sour cream
1 package of cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups of Shredded mozz
1 1/2 cups of six Italian cheese blend
Salt and pepper to taste ( 1/2 tsp of each is my preference)
Steps to make dip:
Drain the artichokes and roughly chop them.
Make sure spinach is thawed out.
Add all ingredients together and mix well. I use my kitchen aid, but it can also be done by hand.
Pour mix into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 on 375 degrees, or until cheese is fully melted and the dip is bubbling up on the edges!
