Avocado Bacon and Egg Muffin

So I made something new this morning!
Avocado egg muffins

I didn’t read he directions and peeled the avocado, when all the recipes said not to. Ooops

I just went with it lol and my mouth is watering
It’s so mighty flavorful!!

Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 eggs
Bacon
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oregano
Italian cheese blend

Preheat oven to 375
After the avocado is peele, cut in half, and seed taken out.
Put the avocado in a muffin pan.
Do not forget to spray the pan!
Push it in the pan so it is snug.
Crack your eggs and put one in each avocado.
It will fill the muffin hole entirely!
It might overflow on top and that’s ok!
Sprinkle a little salt on top of the egg.

Bake for 15 minutes.
You now have avocado egg muffins!
Too cute!!!

Sprinkle with the seasonings and toppings!

I will be making this more often!

I was getting ready for work while the muffins were baking!
Saves time in the morning not having to stand over the stove
